Have you heard about Minnesota’s Political Contribution Refund (PCR) program? If you’re a Minnesota voter, when you make a contribution to qualifying state campaign or political organization (like us), you can receive a refund of up to $75 from the State! There are two ways you can donate:

By Mail

You can make your check out to Fillmore County DFL and send it to our mailing address:

How it works:

  1. Make your contribution to Fillmore County DFL either online or by mail.
  2. Wait for your official EP-3 receipt.
  3. Fill out a 2026 Form PCR, Political Contribution Refund Application.
  4. Send in your receipt and completed application to:
    • Minnesota Department of Revenue
      Political Contribution Refund
      600 N Robert St
      St. Paul, MN 55164-1800
  5. Receive your refund!
